A comprehensive training session focused on recognizing, prioritizing, and treating life-threatening injuries. Participants work through realistic scenarios, build confidence in using advanced first aid tools, and gain a deeper understanding of how to stabilize

a patient during critical moments.

1. Scene Safety & Assessment

  • Conducting rapid patient assessments

  • Prioritizing injuries using simple, structured methods

  • Understanding when and how to activate emergency services

  • Maintaining personal safety while assisting others

2. Major Bleeding Control

  • Identifying arterial vs. venous bleeding

  • Effective use of direct pressure

  • Wound packing 

  • Proper application of commercial tourniquets

  • Monitoring circulation and reassessment techniques

3. Chest Injuries & Airway Concerns

  • Recognizing signs of life-threatening chest injuries

  • When and how to apply chest seals

  • Supporting breathing and monitoring for changes

  • Managing unconscious or semi-conscious individuals safely

4. Treating Deep Wounds & Soft-Tissue Injuries

  • Handling penetrating wounds

  • Techniques to support injured limbs

  • Preventing contamination and reducing infection risks

5. Shock Recognition & Prevention

  • Early warning signs of physiological shock

  • Immediate steps to stabilize and support the patient

  • Positioning techniques to maximize patient safety

6. Hands-On Skill Stations

  • Tourniquet practice
