Our 4-hour Stop the Bleed and CPR/AED course gives participants the practical, hands-on skills needed to save lives during critical emergencies. Taught by Trinity Safety Training’s certified instructors, this class combines expert guidance with realistic practice to build confidence and competence—whether at home, work, church, or in the community.

 

Course Includes:

STOP THE BLEED® Training

• How to identify life-threatening bleeding

• Proper use of direct pressure

• Wound packing techniques 

• Application of commercial tourniquets

• Responding quickly and safely under stress

 

CPR/AED Certification

• High-quality CPR for adults (child/infant available if needed)

• How to operate an AED with confidence

• Team-based response skills

• Hands-on practice
