Pistol Level 2
This is a shooting course.
This is step #3 in your path to becoming an armed and capable protector.
This course builds upon the NRA Basics of pistol shooting and or Intro to concealed carry and Pistol Level 1.
*If you are taking this class as a standalone class a discussion of your prior experience and a possible skills assessment will be required if you are skipping the other building blocks in this series.
Your safety and proper development are TSTGRP's focus and goal.
The class will cover some of the skills below:

Review of proper drawing from concealment techniques

Timed reloads

Malfunction drills under time constraints

Shoot/No shoot scenarios

Critical thinking under stress

Positional shooting, prone, knelling

Timed drills to a standard
Equipment Needed:

A semi automatic pistol, 9mm or larger
-
A holster that covers the trigger completely made of Kydex or a leather-Kydex blend. (must be rigid)

A minimum of 2 magazines with a pouch
-
A sturdy belt sufficient for everyday carry

250 round of ammo
-
Eye and ear protection (*electronic ear protection is preferred so that range commands and instruction can be easily heard)
