Pistol Level 1
This is a shooting class. This is step #2 in becoming a capable and responsibly armed citizen. This is a 4 hour course and covers the following:

Proper drawing techniques from concealment

Magazine changes both emergency and tactical

Speed vs. accuracy, which matters most?

Safe gun handling before, during and after the draw

Re-holstering in a safe manner

Multiple shooting drills some to a time standard and others performing to individual par levels.

Understanding the mindset and skills needed to safely carry and deploy your firearm.
Equipment needed:

A semi automatic pistol, 9mm or larger

A holster that covers the trigger completely made of Kydex or a leather-Kydex blend. (must be rigid)

A minimum of 2 magazines with a pouch

A sturdy belt sufficient for everyday carry

200 round of ammo

Eye and ear protection (*electronic ear protection is preferred so that range commands and instruction can be easily heard)
